The terms that apply when you use this website, request custom work, or place an online order.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to TD3D products and services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, misuse checkout or contact features, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Product information and availability
Product descriptions, images, estimated volume pricing, production timing, and availability may change. Custom and quoted work is not accepted until TD3D confirms the scope, price, timing, and any required payment or approval. Website errors may be corrected, and an order may be declined or canceled with an appropriate refund if a material pricing, availability, legal, or production issue prevents fulfillment.
Orders, personalization, and proofs
You are responsible for accurate contact, shipping, spelling, sizing, quantity, color, artwork, and personalization information. When TD3D provides a proof, production begins only after the required approval. Customer-supplied or customer-approved errors are not generally eligible for a free remake. Additional custom-order rules are described in the Order Policies.
Payment, taxes, and shipping
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. Applicable tax and shipping treatment is shown at checkout or in the written quote. Delivery dates are estimates unless TD3D expressly agrees otherwise in writing, and carrier delays may occur after an order leaves the shop.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of artwork and other content you submit. You grant TD3D permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and produce that content as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, manufacture, fulfill, and support your request. You represent that you own or have permission to use submitted names, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other material.
Acceptable projects
TD3D may decline content or projects that create legal, safety, intellectual-property, production, or reputational concerns. Customer-owned hardware services, when offered, are limited to the scope TD3D expressly accepts and remain subject to applicable law and the Order Policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. TD3D is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. TD3D's aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the website and services change. The version posted when you use the website or place an order applies to that activity. These terms are governed by the laws of California, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
