How to order
From rough idea to finished product
You do not need production-ready artwork or a perfect specification. Start with the goal, quantity, and deadline—we will help with the rest.
Step 01
Tell us the goal
Choose a product—or select “not sure”—then share the quantity, occasion, deadline, and shipping destination.
Step 02
Send what you have
Upload a logo, phone photo, sketch, PDF, or existing artwork. A perfect vector file is helpful, but it is not required to begin.
Step 03
Approve the quote and pay a deposit
We confirm feasibility, scope, price, timing and payment instructions. You accept the quote and pay the agreed non-refundable design deposit before substantial custom design begins.
Step 04
Review your proof and complete the balance
After your deposit is paid, we prepare your design and proof. Review the spelling, size, colors and layout, approve the proof and complete the remaining balance before production. Changes outside the accepted scope are quoted before extra work.
Step 05
Inspect, pack, and deliver
Your approved order is produced, checked, packed and prepared for pickup or shipment according to the confirmed plan. Manufacturing time and carrier transit are separate.
What affects custom pricing?
The blank product, material, artwork preparation, number of colors or processes, personalization, quantity, packaging, and timeline can all change the final cost.
The Standard Team Logo chain is $129 for its defined scope. Premium Custom starts at $179, and Original TD3D Design starts at $249. Existing templates with limited changes start at $79. We confirm the right scope and any requested changes before you commit.

Template designs from $79
Existing TD3D templates with limited text, logo or color changes and limited artwork preparation. Smaller or simpler configurations only; original custom design is not included. We confirm the suitable template and what is included before you commit.
Shipping, any applicable tax, production timing and changes to the standard configuration are confirmed with your quote. Pendant-only requests, quantities and reorders are quoted individually.
Approve your quote. Pay a deposit. Then we design.
Once you approve the quote, pay a $50 design deposit for a standard project or $100 for an original-design project. The deposit goes toward your total—for a $129 standard project, you would have $79 left to pay. We confirm the scope, total price, deposit amount and payment instructions before design begins. Deposit amounts for other projects are confirmed in the quote.
Your deposit is non-refundable because it covers the time spent designing your project. It counts toward your total price. After you approve the proof and pay the remaining balance, we begin production.
