Customer information

Custom order policies

Plain-language expectations for quotes, artwork, approvals, production, delivery, and custom-order support.

Quotes and production timing

Quotes and estimated production dates are based on the information available at the time of review. Timing begins after required artwork, order details, approval, and payment arrangements are complete. Rush work is subject to capacity and must be confirmed in writing.

Digital proofs and customer approval

When a proof is supplied, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, quantities, colors, placement, and overall layout. Production begins only after approval. Colors can vary between screens, materials, printing processes, and engraving finishes.

Custom products, changes, and cancellations

Personalized and custom products are generally non-refundable once production begins. Cancellation requests received before production begins will be reviewed case by case. Any approved cancellation may be reduced by artwork, setup, material, or other costs already incurred.

Online purchases and personalization

For fixed-price online purchases, customers must provide accurate names, spelling, numbers, colors, sizing, wording, and other requested details. When approval is requested, the customer must review the proof before production. Customer-supplied or customer-approved spelling, sizing, color, or design mistakes are not generally eligible for a free remake.

Shipping, pickup, and delivery dates

Pickup or shipping arrangements are confirmed with the order. Carrier delays and events outside TD3D's control can affect delivery after an order leaves the shop. Customers with a fixed event date should disclose it before approving production.

Damage, defects, and remake requests

Inspect the order promptly after receipt. Report transit damage, defects, or an item materially different from the approved specification within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Include the order details and clear photographs when requested. TD3D will review verified issues for an appropriate correction, remake, replacement, or carrier claim.

Materials and color variation

Exact colors and finishes may vary slightly because of screens, product materials, coating lots, printing, engraving, and manufacturing processes. These normal process variations are not defects unless the finished item is materially different from the approved specification.

Customer artwork and authorization

Customers confirm that they own, license, or have permission to use submitted logos, names, photographs, trademarks, and other artwork. TD3D may decline content or work that creates legal, safety, or production concerns.

Customer-owned hardware and PMAG engraving

PMAG services are cosmetic engraving on customer-supplied or customer-owned hardware only. TD3D does not sell, ship, or alter magazine capacity or function. Customers are responsible for all applicable laws governing possession, transport, and use in their jurisdiction.

Privacy and submitted information

Contact details, project notes, and uploaded files are used to evaluate and fulfill inquiries and orders. TD3D does not sell customer contact information. Files may be retained as reasonably needed for quoting, production, repeat orders, support, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.
